3. How to Initiate a Return

To start your return process, please follow these steps:

    2. Obtain a Return Authorization: You will receive a Return Authorization Number (RA#) via email.
    3. Packaging: Repack the item securely in its original packaging, including all accessories and documentation.
    4. Return Shipping: Ship your return to the address provided in your RA# email. Please note: Customers are responsible for the return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error.

4. Refund Process

  • Refunds will be processed within 7-10 business days of receiving the returned item.
  • The refund will be credited back to the original payment method used at the time of purchase.
  • Please note that shipping fees are non-refundable.

5. Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us within 48 hours of receiving your order. We may request photos and will arrange for a replacement or refund.
